We had our first little pool party on Friday and all Evie's little friends came over to splash around the kiddie pool (photo). Dogs too (photo). Saturday night was Lucy Furr's Birthday slumber party and her little Chihuahua friends Seymour and Loretta Moe came over with their chaperone humans. There was much rolling in the grass. The dogs even tried it.

Evie stuck her hand down my shirt the other day in the store and yelled "PARTY!"
She has also taken to walking up to me and sticking her head under my skirt.
She gets more and more like her father every day.

Happy Birthday Lucy Furr! You are a big five year old pug now. But get out of the damn backyard strawberry patch. They are not for you.
