Chef Evie
Wow, Evie helped me make Eggplant Parmesan tonight! She dredged the eggplant slices through the flour before I sauteed them. With minimal mess too! Too bad she wouldnt eat any of it. But it kept her busy while I made dinner and it was really cute.
The baby is driving me nuts though. She was crying nonstop today. She is usually really mellow and happy, but for the past 2 days she's been a terror. Must be a growth spurt.
