HMS Pinafore
Made this today...
It has little nautical anchor buttons, a huge bow in the back and the apron is removable! In case you were to spill birthday cake down the front of it.
Speaking of birthdays, I turned 35 the other day. I didn't get the monkey butler I asked for, but I got Midnight Cowboy and Gone with the Wind on DVD. Fair enough. But I'm still holding out for the monkey butler for my 40th.

Great idea! You can make other aprons to be attached to the black dress for different occasions! The little girl will look great at the dinner table or out to a restaurant without the usual ugly bibs!
