Croup and Cholera

Second or third rainfall is hitting the Bay area, and its making this cold I have sufferable. Almost charming even! Its pretty much run its course and I'm feeling better. Rain is more appropriate for being stuck indoors with a cold than the constant 72-and-sunny that we usually have in October. I am SO over summer. Especially since it started in March this year. What the hell?

Girls both had the Croup again too, so we all got hit with the ick. I made a big exception for my half hour of TV per day rule and I now have small television zombies. At least it was commercial free. And I got to finish another book on Cholera (I am obsessed with Cholera!) and mess around on Facebook. I love Facebook (almost as much as Cholera) and it isn't as tacky as MySpace. Yet.

Jennicakes and I had tickets to see Al Gore in SF yesterday but he stood us up for "Last minute business overseas". I'll forgive him this time, but only because he got a Nobel. Next time you're going to need a better excuse, buster.
