Happy House

In the span of the past 7 days we put a bid on a house, it was accepted and now I am going completely NUTS getting our house ready to go on the market - by Tuesday!! ITS CRAZY. We are closing in less than a month on the new place and moving in! In the past 4 days I have painted 4 rooms, planted flowers, temporarily hired a gardener and painters, had new flooring installed, been bossed around by a real estate stager, sold a ton of stuff on craigslist and started packing. With 4 dogs and 2 kids running around. Tomorrow we are having tile refinished. Our house has never looked so good, why didn't I do all this stuff years ago, so we could enjoy it? Duh.

The new house is so cute - its an English Tudor built in the early 1920's and has a pool too! POOL PARTY!

I'm really excited but everything is a big blur. I can't sleep because of all the stuff I still need to get done. Or maybe I just inhaled too many paint fumes today. Ick.
